1. Return Eligibility
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all original tags. Certain items such as custom, used, or clearance merchandise are not eligible for return.
2. Refund Method
Refunds are issued in the form of store credit only. No cash or card refunds are provided.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Include your order number and reason for return

We will provide a Return Authorization Number and return address
4. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
5. Restocking Fee
A 30% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
6. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days.
