At Rider Tack, we aim to ensure your orders are delivered promptly and securely.
Processing Time: Domestic orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
International Shipping: Orders shipped outside the U.S. typically arrive within 10 business days, depending on the destination.
Tracking: All shipments include tracking information for your convenience.
Customs & Import Fees: International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Backorders: In cases where items are backordered, shipping timelines may vary due to vendor processing times.
Shipping Providers: We work with trusted carriers to ensure timely delivery; however, Rider Tack is not liable for delivery issues due to incorrect addresses or third-party errors.
IN CASE OF DIFFERENT BILLING ADDRESS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS, YOU MIGHT BE REQUIRED TO PICK UP YOUR PACKAGE FROM THE NEAREST UPS PICKUP LOCATION AND SHIPPING COSTS MAY VARY
Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, please review the return process below.
Eligibility: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all original tags. Custom, clearance, or used items are non-returnable.
Refund Method: Refunds are issued as store credit only. We do not offer cash or card refunds.
How to Return :
Email us at info@ridertack.com within 1–2 business days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and reason for return.
We will respond with a Return Authorization Number and return address.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable service.
Restocking Fee: A 30% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days.
Delivery Disputes :
Rider Tack is not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the courier, shipments accepted by someone other than the customer, or incorrect address entries during checkout.
For high-value orders, signature confirmation may be required.
