How do I return an item?

The following merchandise return policy applies to merchandise purchased at www.ridertack.com ONLY.

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for items purchased from all other resellers or retail merchandisers.

Merchandise being returned must be NEW, in its original condition at the time of purchase, in original unopened packaging, and with all original tags and tickets attached. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase, or if the merchandise has been used or worn.

For Merchandise Returned WITH a Receipt from www.ridertack.com Within 30 Days of Purchase: A full refund will be provided in the same form of payment that was used for the purchase. Refunds to a card account will only be provided if the original card account is still valid. If a refund is requested by phone or email, purchases made with accounts that are no longer valid will be refunded in the form of an online store credit to www.ridertack.com.

Merchandise being exchanged or returned without a proof of purchase from www.ridertack.com will NOT be accepted.

Customized Products and Exceptions: Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for merchandise that is sold “as-is” or “all sales final” or “no returns or exchanges” or “no refunds, exchanges or returns,” or “clearance.”

Customized merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. Damaged or defective merchandise may only be exchanged for the same merchandise.

Online Store Credit is not redeemable for cash.

This return policy is subject to change, for any or no reason, occasionally at www.ridertack.com’s sole discretion without advance notice to its clients.

Step-by-Step Return Procedure:

1. Ensure that you are returning the item in its original condition and packaging.
2. Send an email to [email protected] specifying the order number, item code and reason for return.
3. We will open a Return/Exchange case in our system and assign you an RMA which will be sent to you in a reply email with shipping instructions.
4. Make sure to send the item and label the box with the RMA #.
5. As soon as we receive the package and verify the status of the item returned, within the following 24-48 hours we will grant a refund to either the original form of payment, or as a store credit.
6. Tour confirmation of the refund to the original payment account or with the store credit will be sent to you via email.
7. The store credit granted to you can be used within the next 6 months after the return. If you don't use the credit in this period of time, it will expire.
