The Caribbean Horse Racing boot by Equiwin has been constructed with a polyurethane-coated textile material. They feature a small triangular protective pad on the ankle with double-stitch seams. This characteristic helps provide riders with comfort as it helps to minimize any friction they may experience. A U-shaped elastic band at the top of the calf provides the jockey with comfort when they are in a riding position where they experience calf flexion; this feature may also lend itself to easier insertion of the boot on the leg of the rider. All of the seams on the boot are double stitched.

This boot sports a very low heel that has been glued on as well as sewn in for extra reinforcement and durability. This racing boot also may come with two different kinds of soles. One of the soles is made with a hard rubber material and features an intricate pattern which allows the rider to gain a better grip on the stirrup irons. The soft foam sole, on the other hand, features a ribbed pattern which helps make it feel like a second skin.

Available in US Men's Sizes 4.5 to 9.5.
